Acceptance
By using this site or joining the waitlist you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Minimum age
To join the waitlist or use Vowkeep when available you must be at least 16 years old, in line with the GDPR applicable in Spain.
About the waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not imply any payment commitment, nor does it guarantee early access or automatic discounts. You will receive an email when the first version is available. You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to hello@vowkeep.com.
Promotional coupons
If you subscribe with a valid coupon, it gets linked to your entry. Coupons have specific terms (expiration, usage limits) that may render a code invalid. We are not liable for expired or fully claimed coupons.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, code, brand) is the property of Borja Pérez Marín unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction is not permitted without prior authorization.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page along with the updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Toledo, unless the law imposes a different jurisdiction in favor of the consumer.
