Who we are
This policy describes how Vowkeep handles your personal data. The data controller is Borja Pérez Marín, registered self-employed (autónomo) with Spanish tax ID 03925949X, based in Toledo, Spain. For any privacy-related question, write to hello@vowkeep.com.
Data we collect
When you join the waitlist or browse the site we collect your email (which you provide voluntarily), your selected language, your platform (iOS or Android) if you tell us, your IP address temporarily to rate-limit form abuse, and anonymous browsing data via PostHog (browser, OS, device type, approximate location). The browsing data is linked to your email only if you join the waitlist.
Why we use it
To notify you when the first version of Vowkeep is available, send product-related communications, improve the website by understanding how it is used, and apply promotional coupons if you provide them. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Where it is stored
Email and waitlist data live in Neon (managed PostgreSQL, Frankfurt region, EU). Emails are sent through Resend (Ireland region, EU). Analytics in PostHog (EU region, Frankfurt). All providers are GDPR-compliant and keep your data within the European Union.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify inaccuracies, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@vowkeep.com — we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
Cookies and analytics
Vowkeep uses PostHog to understand how the site is used. PostHog uses first-party cookies and browser local storage. We do not collect data for external advertisers. You can disable tracking by blocking PostHog JavaScript in your browser.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will notify you on this page. If the changes are substantial, we will also notify you by email.
